That steadiness comes from a career that's spanned both sides of negotiating tables. I spent seven years as a REALTOR® before moving into the energy sector, where I was instrumental in growing a service company through a tough industry downturn, leading to its successful sale in 2018. Real estate brought me back - but that time away sharpened how I negotiate: patient, detail-oriented, and always focused on the outcome that actually serves you.

Real estate has always been a part of my life, including rental properties I've owned along the way. I've bought, sold, built, and renovated properties throughout, including acting as assistant general contractor on a full two-level gut renovation completed in three months, on time and on budget. When we're touring a home together, that's the lens I bring - what's really involved in a reno, what it'll cost, and where the value actually is.

Outside of the job, you'll find me on a run or walk with my rescue dog Beans, out golfing, biking, or skiing - and genuinely enjoying getting to know the neighbours along the way. That's part of why clients tell me I'm still there for them long after closing, whether that's a referral to a good contractor or just being a resource down the road.
